Due to negligence, a fire occurs at a construction site in Switzerland at least every day. Not only does considerable damage to property occur. There are often high costs for repairing the damage. And the completion of the construction is delayed. Personal accidents can also occur in the event of fires. The causes of fires are diverse. An incorrectly disposed of cigarette, flying sparks or a lamp that is placed too close to combustible material often triggers a construction site fire. Such a fire can have legal consequences. Since every builder is interested in a safe and smoothly running construction project, precautions should be taken.
